Description

Karlin Scottburgh Beach Gem is a lovely self-catering townhouse ideally located in the Karlin complex in Scottburgh. Scottburgh has one of the best bathing beaches in KwaZulu-Natal and is renowned for its large grass verges, great fishing and surfing. Aliwal Shoal, which is a World Heritage Site, is a short boat ride away where you can snorkel or scuba dive. The annual Sardine Run in June and July is also eagerly anticipated with the sardines regularly beaching in Scottburgh Bay. The townhouse offers breathtaking views of the main beach and has exclusive beach access via a secure gate.

The townhouse can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 adults and 5 children and comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.

The first and second bedrooms are upstairs loft rooms. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed and has sliding doors opening to a covered balcony with outdoor dining furniture and sea views; the ideal spot to enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets. The second bedroom contains a double-single bed bunker combination which is suitable for 3 children. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

The third and fourth bedrooms are located downstairs. The third bedroom contains a queen-size bed. The fourth bedroom contains two single beds, suitable for 2 children. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms.

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and a washing machine. There is a serving hatch from the kitchen to the dining room. The dining room contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge contains comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV. The dining room has sliding doors opening to a patio, a private garden, and a braai area with a built-in braai. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day on the beach. Off-road parking is available for 2 vehicles. There is also Fibre available.
