Kaya Cabhozi at 306 on Heights Road is a peaceful retreat with breathtaking ocean and mountain views located on a 9-hectare estate in Wilderness Heights.

The unit comprises 2 en-suite bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, a Persian carpet, wardrobe, and a table with chair. The main bathroom is wheelchair friendly and fitted with a shower, a bath, basin, and the toilet is separate with a bidet. The second bedroom contains 2 three-quarter beds, built-in wardrobe, and 2 comfortable chairs. The bathroom is complete with a shower, toilet, and basin. Both bedrooms also have extra blankets and heaters. Both bedrooms have sliding doors leading onto a wood deck. A folded baby bath, kids pool, and baby chair are also available on request.

The living area is furnished with 2 leather couches, a TV with full DStv channels and a DVD-player. The unit also has free Wi-Fi connection and a wide variety of books and CDs are also avaible for guests. The open-plan kitchen contains a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a stove, an oven and ample built-in cupboards to store crockery and cutlery as well as washing machine and tumble-dryer. Meals can be served at the round dining table with seating for up to 10 people.

The unit is accessed through a private front door and deck, which is secured with a Trellidor sliding gate. A locked-up garage, private garden, and portable braai are also available. Grasslands, gardens and indigenous vegetation decorate the estate and thus provide enough playground for children.

The quiet coastal village of Wilderness lies between the Kaaimans River and the Goukama Nature Reserve, and is bordered by the towering Outeniqua Mountains. Wilderness has over 18 km of golden beach sands that are ideal for fishing, sunbathing, swimming, surfing, or a leisurely stroll. The most popular beaches include the Touw River mouth, Leentjiesklip, The Boardwalk on 6th Avenue, The Fisherman’s walk on 8th Avenue, and Kleinkrantz. There is a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, art galleries, craft stalls, shops, and weekend markets to explore.
