Description

The Kestell Hotel is over 116 years old. It is a clean, comfortable, old fashioned and quirky country hotel. It comprises a pub, ladies lounge, restaurant, outdoor dining and braai areas and 12 rooms. The hotel is pet friendly.

Typical of very old hotels, not all of the bedrooms are en-suite. Four of the bedrooms are partial en-suites. They are fitted with a wash basin and shower in the room and share 2 bathrooms and toilets in the passageway.
The other bedrooms all present en-suite fitted with either a shower or bath. Guests have choice of either a double bed or twin beds.

The hotel features 1 family room comprising the main en-suite bedroom and an inter-leading room with twin beds for the children.
All rooms can accommodate up to 2 guests per room. Two of the rooms are designated as pet friendly rooms and 2 bedrooms facing the verandah are designated smoking rooms. All other rooms are strictly non-smoking rooms. Free Wi-Fi is available to guests.

The dining room serves a full breakfast every morning and the meal of the day is served every night. The hotel also presents a small a-la-carte menu offering steaks, burgers, pies, pasta dishes, light meals and vegetarian dishes.
Meal times can be changed to suit your schedule. Menus can be adjusted, or substituted for an outdoor braai.
