House Rules
There are no activities, restaurants, play areas, bars or a swimming pool on site.
Guests must please respect the permanent, elderly residents on site (the private apartments at the rear of the building) and keep noise levels to a minimum.
Noise levels to please be kept to a minimum.
No day visitors are allowed.
The kettle braai may not be used on the wooden deck. No braaiing is allowed in the atrium.
The house and units are not serviced. If this is required, it must be organised when booking at an additional cost cash on arrival.
A fishing and bait license is a must for those wanting to collect mussels or fish.
There are designated roads on the property for cycling or walking.
