Description
Khiwane Bush Camp is a self-catering lodge situated near Pongola, KwaZulu Natual, and offers quality accommodation for a nature-loving family or a group of friends.
The lodge can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in 6 chalets, with additional sleeping arrangements available.
The lodge is situated in a unique Tamboti forest and the 6 chalets are connected by wooden boardwalks. Each unit is equipped with 2 single beds and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. The chalets also feature coffee- and tea-making facilities for that early morning kick starter.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, conventional oven and microwave. A water purification system for drinking water and a variety of braai facilities are also available for guests' use during their stay. Enjoy meals and relax in a thatched lapa with a dining area and bar counter. All braai equipment is provided, including a gas grill and firewood.
The camp is surrounded by an electric fence, making it safe to walk around.
Various wildlife such as kudu, nyalas, giraffes, warthogs, bushbuck, zebras, blue wildebeest and bird species can be seen here.
