Rates displayed are on a camping basis, and guests are required to bring along their own equipment.

House Rules

Children aged between 0 and 6 stay free. Children aged between 7 and 18 pay 40% of the sharing rate.

Cancellation Policy - Custom

A deposit of 50% of the total accommodation booking is required to confirm all direct reservations.
Upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, Kiaat Caravan Park will confirm the reservation in writing with an email.
A reservation will be assumed to have been cancelled if the deposit or payment as required is not received by the due dates.

Should any reservation be cancelled, a cancellation fee will apply as follows:
25 % cancellation fee if cancelled 28 days and less prior to arrival
50 % cancellation fee if cancelled 21 days and less prior to arrival
75 % cancellation fee if cancelled 14 days and less prior to arrival
100 % cancellation fee if cancelled 7 days and less prior to arrival or no show.

On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, including bank details, a refund will be applicable amount with in 30 days.
Service fee will be charged.

Please note: Deposits paid via electronic transfers must be confirmed in 48 hours or booking will be cancelled.
