This is not a bed and breakfast.

Several concerns to mention: They were not aware of my booking when checking in. I found a bed bug the following morning with a dried bloodstain. They advertise breakfast is from 7:30 to 11:00, but no one there to serve me. No one at reception to check out and to advise of the bed bug and that I wanted my breakfast. The carpet has stains and windows broken. There is a kettle and bar fridge, but no cups, glasses, spoons (standard coffee station set-up is not available). Bath towel is the size of a hand towel. Remote for the gate had to be requested. The linen on the bed were single bed sheets that overlap to cover the dated mattress and base plus the duvet cover had no inner. I left feeling unclean and hungry with no person in sight to report my concerns. By far the worst online booking (description and picture deceiving).

Admin not on standard and staff have no idea what's going on.

We booked and paid for 3 people in room, upon arrival there was only provision for 2. Receptionist just pulled up her shoulders and said she did not do the booking and there was no one to help her get another bed to bring in. Curtains can't even close in front of the window. Coffee but no milk or biscuits as indicated on the welcome letter. Towels and linen not standard. No blankets. With breakfast there were no glasses to drink fruit juice, or spoons to eat cereal or yogurt. Waiter came to take orders for eggs, toast etc. but everyone got white toast with baked eggs, no matter what you ordered. A coffee cup burst and all the water ran out. The staff's rest room, right at the entrance, was open and it was disturbing. Not enough parking space for guests.

Admin nie op standaard nie en personeel het geen idee wat daar aangaan nie.

Ons het bespreek en betaal vir 3 persone in kamer, met aankoms was daar net voorsiening gemaak vir 2. Ontvangsdame het net haar skouers opgetrek en gesê sy het nie die booking gedoen nie, en daar is niemand om haar te help om nog 'n bed in te dra nie. Gordyne kan nie eers die venster toemaak nie. Koffie, maar geen melk of beskuitjies soos aangedui op verwelkomingsbrief nie. Handdoeke en linne nie op standaard nie. Geen komberse nie. Met ontbyt was daar geen glase om vrugtesap te drink nie, of lepels om graankos of yogurt te eet nie. Kelner het bestellings kom neem vir eiers, roosterbrood ens. maar almal het wit roosterbrood met hardgebakte eiers gekry, ongeag wat jy bestel het. 'n Koffiebeker het gebars en al die water het uitgeloop. Die personeel se ruskamer, reg by die ingang, se deur was oop en dit was ontstellend. Nie voldoende parkeerplek vir gaste nie.

Lacks finesse and finer touches. Parking is a problem.

Regarding the parking, we are currently renovating our parking area to make it more convenient for all our guests.
