House Rules

Please note this holiday home is located in the Die Kom complex and managed by a body corporate.
No noise or parties of any kind are tolerated.
We reserve the right to cancel any bookings with no refund should any guest contravene these rules.

The balance is payable 7 days prior to arrival.
No check-ins or check-outs are offered on Good Friday, Christmas Day or New Year's Day

Key- and breakage deposit:
Key- and breakage deposit is payable with the deposit for the booking and refundable by bank transfer within 5 - 7 working days after departure, once the house has been scrutinised and all found in order. Please note that the key deposit will be retained and additional charges imposed if more guests than booked are found to be utilising the premises. Please furnish us with your banking details on arrival. Keys will not be handed over under any circumstances unless the key and breakage deposit has been received.

Minimum stay required:
2 nights in low and mid-season
3 nights over long weekends
4 nights over Easter weekend
7 nights in high season

Guests must first visit our offices to check in and get their keys.
When entering Paternoster, turn left at the four-way stop. The 'Stay in Paternoster' office is situated about 75m further, on the right-hand side of the road, at 87 St. Augustine Road.

Please note that a surcharge of R200 is payable should you arrive late as per our T & C’s.
Monday to Thursday: From 14:00 until 17:00
Friday: From 14h00 - 19h00
Saturday and Sunday: From 14h00 - 16h00
Public Holidays: From 14h00 - 16h00

Check-out time: Strictly at 10h00 on the last day of your stay, unless otherwise arranged. Any unit that is not vacated by 10h00 will be subject to a surcharge of R 200 per hour or part thereof, for each hour exceeding the check-out time.

Please remain respectful at all times.

Parties and loud music are not allowed. If you or your visitors misbehave, the host has the right to cancel your booking and ask you to leave.
