Excellent guesthouse in a good suburb.

Rod is a very excellent host, keeping in touch with his guests all the way. Hands-on in making sure that the guests are comfortable and enjoying their stay.

Excellent accomodation, especially the variety of selections for breakfast. Well done Rod.

Kingston Place is one of the best Guest Houses we have ever visited. The different breakfast selections allowed us to eat a different breakfast every day. The rooms were very very clean and the towels were changed every day. It was a little difficult to remember the directions to the house as the shortest route had quite a few turn offs and winding streets, especially late at night. Rod Tripping is also an excellent and very helpful host. My overseas visitors (cousins) and I would highly recommend his establishment to anyone.
