Description

Kleinmond House is a comfortably furnished homely self-catering holiday house ideally located in Kleinmond within walking distance of shops, restaurants, art galleries, and coffee shops. This house is all about location: stunning sea views, the sound and the smell of the sea, and a beautiful beach in a Nature Reserve nearby. The coastal footpath passes in front of the house, providing easy access for lovely walks next to the sea and in the Palmiet Nature Reserve. Kleinmond House is ideal for a family seaside holiday with children and grandchildren.

Kleinmond House can accommodate 6/7 adults and 2/3 children and comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan dining and living area. The first bedroom features 1 king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a separate entrance. The second bedroom features 2 single beds and a seating area. The third bedroom features 1 standard single bed and 2 narrow single beds and the 4th bedroom has a double bed. The full family bathroom contains a bath and a shower. 100% Cotton linen is provided and towels can be provided on request at an additional rate.

The separate kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and includes a dishwasher. The dining area contains an 8-seater dining table and chairs. The cosy lounge has a fireplace and lovely sea views. There is a TV with OpenView.

The fireplace makes the house ideal for a winter getaway. Outside, there is a large covered patio with a dining table providing shelter from the South Easter in Summer, with a portable braai.

The Kogelberg Nature Reserve is 1.8 km away and offers lovely walks or hikes and swimming in the Palmiet River. Harold Porter Botanical Garden is 10km away in Betty's Bay.

The house is suitable for those in a wheelchair. There is a ramp to access the extra-wide entrance door.
