I had to go in search of someone to give us a key. The same when my children arrived. I had asked for their keys and was told they would be in the doors of their rooms but they were not and the lady on duty knew nothing about the arrivals and did not know where the keys were. It was really a very nice place. But at about 11 pm loud music and singing started till about 2am the next morning. This would be one reason I would not recommend Koi Liv Inn to a friend. I think there should be no noise after 10pm when you are in a guest house. I think the guest house is close to their house, so I was not sure if it was them having a house party or if it was their neighbours. One very big positive was that the lady, whom I think is the owner, came to fetch me to show me the way as I got lost. She is very kind and polite. She even asked if we needed anything to eat when I told her I am too scared to try and go out and find a takeaway place for dinner. I think if they could just look at the late noise levels, this place will be ideal for any traveller.

Unfortunately because it is a residential area you will find sometimes youngsters in the area take chances and enjoy themselves a little too loudly. Even thou we didn’t hear them ourselves on our side. It is so that sound travels differently.
As we are still new to the area and we don’t know about the noise levels for our guests ( until someone notifies us) we have to deal with the feedback.
I woul have been more than happy to sort out any issues and contacted the neighborhood group to get the noise levels down.
Our guests have never felt unsafe or at risk in the area. We are also situated in Upper Bedfordview which does mean a safer stay for our guests.
We hope that should there be a next time, you will have a more pleasant experience.
