Not comfortable.

We came in December with two small kids. It was extremely hot and there is no AC (as advertised in the listing) but there also isn’t any cross ventilation, so sleeping was very uncomfortable. While the nights were cool, the rooms were hot. The layout of the house was unexpected. The property manager was in a room connected to the kitchen and used the bathroom off the kitchen, so there wasn’t a lot of privacy. Perhaps not an issue for others. Dave was very nice. Just FYI. There wasn’t any soap or shampoo, but we brought our own. Ultimately, given the sweltering rooms, our kids weren’t sleeping well, nor were we, so we left after two nights and checked in somewhere else. Not the right fit for us.
