Dear Cheryl,
We are so disappointed to hear your review. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention.
Unfortunately, housekeeping did not report the plumbing issue to us. We have since sent in a team to replace the damaged toilet and to check every tap, shower, bath and toilet, and the kitchen sink in the chalet.
It is totally unacceptable for the cleaners to have left the floor and wall dirty.
We have also ensured that the damaged sheet has been removed from the chalet.
We strive to maintain our high standards, so really feel sad that you had a bad experience.
We are grateful that you contact us so that we could rectify matters immediately.
