Description

This 8 sleeper luxury chalet provides excellent value for money as it is able to accommodate either a couple, larger family or shared between families. This is NOT suitable for 8 adults. (6 adults 2 kids) . Downstairs, Main (king) with bathroom and second bedroom (queen) with bathroom (shower, toilet and basin). The rooms have air conditioners, ceiling fans, built in cupboards, emergeny lights, heaters and ample linen/towels. Kitchen very well equipped with all of your self catering requirements. Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven. Dining table for 6. Lounge with TV/DSTV bouquet and large outdoor patio with comfortable diningroom table, chairs and loungers & built in braai. Loft: Twin beds for adults and bunk bed suitable for youngsters only. Modern bathroom with shower, toilet and double basin. Balcony leading off the loft room. Ceiling fans, TV, cupboards. The rate charged for this chalet includes a daily cleaning service. All linen and towels are included.

Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis and it includes an arrival and departure cleaning service, linen, and towels.

House Rules

Swimming pool towels are no longer provided. Kindly bring your own.
If the arrival is less than one month, then the full amount will be due at the time of making the booking.
The final payment will be due one month before arrival at the chalet.
Once full payment is received a confirmation letter with the reservation code will be sent to the guest, from the Shongwe Ingwe booking office. This confirmation letter must be presented to the hotel reception on arrival at the Kruger Park Lodge.
No refunds will be granted to guests who may check out before the actual departure date.
A minimum stay of 3 nights over any long weekend or public holiday in South Africa. Special requests may be considered according to availability.
Guests will be held responsible for any breakages or damages caused to the interior or exteriors of the property during the duration of your stay.
Report any equipment that is faulty or missing to the Shongwe Ingwe Booking office within 4 hours of arrival at the chalet.
No pets are allowed on the property of the Kruger Park Lodge.
No overcrowding will be allowed. Chalet, Shongwe Ingwe is suitable for 6 adults and 2 children. No more than 8 persons will be allowed to sleep in this chalet.

Rules and regulations as stipulated by the Management of the Kruger Park Lodge will be enforced.
It is important to know that this is a family and nature resort and not a party destination. The Management of the Kruger Park Lodge has a strict Code of Conduct and will not tolerate any noise between 19:00 and 07:00, parties or unruly behaviour due to the consumption of alcohol. Fines and eviction of guests may be imposed.
