Description

Experience the opportunity to get away from everything and everyone while staying at the rustic but charming Kuduland Shack. The comfortable self-catering shack will awaken your senses back to nature. It is situated on the far side a working farm, for complete solitude and privacy.

The shack is accessed only by a high clearance SUV or 4x4 vehicle-friendly road, and with no electricity or television and minimal cell phone reception, you will be assured of no disturbance.

The open-plan shack includes a well-equipped kitchenette with gas appliances, a bar fridge and 2-plate stove. There is also a 4-seater dining table and chairs. The shack contains a double bed and 2 bunk beds. Linen is provided. Please bring your own towels.

The delightful rustic bathroom is separate to the shack, including a toilet, washbasin, and a camping shower, that offers a lovely view of the hills or star-lit evening.

Relax on the stoep with nothing but scenic hills surrounding you, or for the more active, enjoy a leisurely stroll or be more energetic with a hike. Mountain bikes are welcome. Enjoy the sightings of various wildlife visiting our farm, such as blesbok, kudu, red hartebees, duiker, steenbok, faal rhebok and the ever sneaky jackal.

The key word for your stay at Kuduland Shack is ‘reboot’. After slowing down the clock, away from the modern city life distractions, you are guaranteed leaving well rested and rejuvenated.

Ann's Villa Historical Museum and the Zuurberg Mountain Pass is about 16 km away. The Addo Elephant Park is 54.5 km away.
