Description
The KumbuKumbu Mountain Villas are nestled high up on the mountain, embraced by a rocky ridge on the northern side, a valley on the eastern side and in the further south the never-ending Langeberg mountain range. In winter, the high peaks of the Langeberg mountains are covered with a white snow blanket, creating the perfect time to indulge the warm caress of the crackling fireplace. Occasionally sunrise is accompanied by a mysterious fog layer, covering the lower Poortjieskloof dam valley.
Accommodation is offered in The Summit Mountain Villa and Quarriebosch Villa. Each Villa is a spacious open-plan self-catering unit that can accommodate 2 adults only and has large glass windows and doors to enjoy the beautiful panoramic views. The bedroom area contains a queen-size bed and a fireplace, and has doors opening to the deck. The full en-suite bathroom contains an oval bath, shower, toilet and twin washbasins.
The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, and breakfast bar with stools. The dining area contains a 2-seater dining table and chairs, and a built-in indoor braai. The lounge area has comfortable seating and stacker doors opening to the balcony deck with its own private splash pool and sun loungers.
Spend your day lazing on the deck around the pool, or merely relaxing inside enjoying the curly mountain views; changing colour as earth rotates within its orbit around the sun.
