KwaMdoni Unit 3 offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a 3-bedroom unit situated in the KwaMdoni complex in Zinkwazi Beach. The complex is located opposite a public park, and is within close proximity to beach.

The unit can accommodate 7 guests in 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed (with air-conditioning), the second bedroom contains a double bed (with air-conditioning), and the third bedroom contains a 3-quarter bed and a bunk bed. The unit also comprises 2 bathrooms, a separate toilet, a kitchen, and an open-plan lounge and dining area. The first bathroom contains a bath and the second bathroom contains a shower. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a microwave, an oven and stove, and a fridge/freezer, and also features a washing machine and a tumble dryer for guests convenience. The lounge and dining area has comfortable seating, and is equipped with a TV. For DStv access, guests are required to bring their own DStv decoder and smart card.

The lower floor leads out onto a veranda with patio furniture, and guests have access to braai facilities, a communal swimming pool, and parking for 2 vehicles. The complex is secure with a fence, gates and walls. The area is known for its beautiful beaches and lagoon, which is an estuary of the Zinkwazi River.
