Disappointing check in marred the entire experience.

When we arrived to check in, the receptionist could not find our booking and we were made to wait on the doorstep while she went back and forth a few times. Eventually, the owner came out and said they got the booking mixed up and they gave us another room (had to wait a further 30 minutes for them to clean and prepare). They are amazing hosts, the room was super clean and tidy. They even set out something special as we stayed here on our Wedding night and an extra day.
