The location is 100% what I was looking for, the complex is phenomenally well maintained and secure. The caretaker is friendly. The sea view is outstanding. We really enjoyed the dolphins. The unit is clean, but the finish is lacking. Pipes rattling, not one door can open or close without being heard all the way to the street. Some doors cannot close completely without force. I could only use the table after I folded the newspaper under the leg. It's not an expensive thing to fix, but when I can't go to the bathroom without waking the whole family, it becomes difficult to recommend the unit to other families.

Was very hard to live in with an elderly family member.

First the mesh door is about to fall apart, side tables are broken, short curtains on sliding door doesn’t cover all of it, one plug in kitchen to use for kettle, microwave and toaster. All kitchen tools very old and rusty. None of the ceiling fans lights work. Furniture are old and the patio table cheep and fly with any wind. I mentioned I have an elderly family member and was very hard to for her to get in or out even to go to sleep.
