La Dolce Vita 3 offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a 3-bedroom home situated in the La Dolce Vita complex in the picturesque residential village of St Lucia. The location offers access to the R618, the N2, pristine beaches, and shops and restaurants.
The house can accommodate 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The main en-suite bedroom contains a king-size bed, and is equipped with air-conditioning, ample cupboard space and a wall safe for valuable items. The second and third bedroom share a bathroom and is furnished with a double bed as well as a single bed. The second bedroom has an air-conditioner and fan and the third bedroom has only a fan.
The house also comprises an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and a lounge. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, an oven and stove, microwave and a dishwasher. The house also offers a double garage with remote-controlled access. From the garage, you enter a private terrace with a braai area with outdoor furniture and access to the front door and kitchen. There is also an outdoor shower.
On-site facilities include a communal swimming pool for the exclusive use of occupants of the complex. The house will be serviced from 09:00 to 14:00 daily, and linen, bath towels and beach towels are included.
Please note further that the occupants of the complex need to be considered and therefore no loud music is permitted by the Body Corporate.
