Description
La Gratitude Beach Villa is a beautiful thatched, historic family home situated in Voëlklip, Hermanus, just 120 m from the Blue Flag Grotto Beach. This lovely villa, located in splendid seclusion, offers stunning ocean views and is ideal for families or friends.
The renovated villa comprises 5 bedrooms. The first bedroom is on the sea-side of the house and contains a king-size bed. Bedroom 1 shares a bathroom with bedroom 4. At the back of the house is the second bedroom, with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. This room looks back onto the mountains, and across the rolling grass towards the lagoon and beach. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds and has an en-suite bathroom; this bedroom captures all the action by the pool deck, braai area and Jacuzzi. The fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds and has 2 entrances leading to either the courtyard or the living room. There is also an upstairs suite with 2 single beds. The upstairs suite also has its own entertainment section.
The living room is the comfortable and restful hub of the house, with a large central fireplace and an entertainment system. Looking out onto, and with direct access to the outside entertainment area is the dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy views of Walker Bay from the dining table. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, an oven, 2 fridges, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.
The lovely outdoor entertainment area includes a multi-jet Jacuzzi, a child-friendly swimming pool, a 12-seater garden dining area, and a built-in braai, ideal for relaxed social gatherings. The villa features Wi-Fi, a TV with selected DStv channels and a DVD player, and spacious gardens. The location offers access to beautiful beaches, the cliff paths, and restaurants in the area.
