Description

Situated in the quiet suburb of Rexford in Knysna, on the world renown Garden Route. It is just minutes from the Knysna lagoon, Knysna Heads, town centre and both Pezula and Knysna Golf courses.

La Maison Verte is a beautifully appointed and eco-friendly cottage catering for up to 4 people in 2 en-suite bedrooms. The main bedroom is located on the first floor and feature a king-size bed or can be made into a twin, a large walk-in wardrobe, dressing table and electric heaters. Double doors lead out of the bedroom onto a private deck with sweeping views over the Knysna lagoon, golf course, town and the Outeniqua Mountains beyond. The en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, separate toilet, ample under sink storage and heated towel rail.

The second bedroom is on the ground floor and features a king-size bed or twin beds, dressing table, electric heaters and ceiling fan there is a spacious en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. A washing machine is also located in the bathroom.

The entrance hall leads to an open-plan kitchen and living area. The well-equipped kitchen includes a gas hob, electric oven, large fridge-freezer, a host of small appliances, ample storage space and dining table. The lounge features a wood-burning stove, 32 inche flat-screen TV with DStv channels, DVD player, iPod docking station, and the patio doors lead to a beautiful pretty deck and barbecue area, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation.

The home has many eco-friendly features including solar geyser and rainwater storage tank. Only biodegradable products are used for cleaning. A cleaning service is available on Tuesday and Thursday. Additional service is available on request at an additional cost.
