Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
Please note the following:
Due to some incidents we are forced to ask for a key deposit of R500 that is 100% refundable within 1 week after departure. This amount needs to be paid into the account provided in information sheet which will be sent 2 days before arrival. We do not accept cash.
Only 2 hand towels are provided, guests are to please bring their own bathroom towels.
No cleaning services are available during your stay. If you need cleaning done or bedding changed we can arrange it at your own cost.
We clean and change bedding at the end of each booking.
A refundable key deposit of R500 is payable with your final payment. All damaged incurred will be deducted from this deposit.
A PDF file with all the rules and T&C's will be sent to your e-mail as soon as deposit is paid and booking is established. This will include the banking details for final payment.
