House Rules
Documents required to make a reservation:
1. Copy of ID/Passport
2. Proof of address (if a citizen of SA)
3. Signed and completed booking form and booking rules.
Laundry is only available to bookings with a minimum of a 2-night stay or more at an additional cost.
There is also a refundable breakage deposit.
This unit has a very strict noise policy.
Only 2 vehicles are allowed. Either 2 vehicles or one vehicle and a trailer. No large vehicles. Large cars will have trouble moving around.
There is a 1-hour cleaning service from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. The service includes making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and sweeping floors and mopping. Dishwashing is not included.
