We apologize that after you had placed your booking with us you met some challenges with coming over to stay at our establishment and had to cancel the booking. As far as we know concerning your booking Ma'am you called to cancel on the morning of your arrival and said your plans had changed, we are puzzled that you came near our premises. With regards to the refund, we had to wait for the funds to clear into our own account and the be in a position to pay the refund to you, the refund was paid over a weekend which takes a little longer to clear into your account.
We do however apologize profusely for any inconvenience you came across. We wish you a comfortable stay for all your future bookings, thank you.
