La Vista Beachfront Unit is a luxury 3 bedroom self-catering holiday home. The main feature of this home is are the amazing uninterrupted sea views. The unit has its own private splash pool and exclusive use braai and garden area.
This unit is located in the secure security complex in Mtwalume on the KwaZulu-Natal south coast. Mtwalume is 90 km from Durban, 30 km from Scottsburgh and 10 km from Hibberdene. The La Vista complex itself is surrounded by electric fencing and has a 24-hour security guard service. There are 2 communal swimming pools, a tennis court and a trampoline in the complex.
This beautiful unit can accommodate up to 6 guests, and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and a full en-suite bathroom, and overlooks the ocean. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and overlooks the ocean. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds. The shared bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin.
The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and includes a washing machine, tumble-dryer, a microwave, and a double-door fridge-freezer with an ice maker for the hot summer days. The living area features a 65 inch smart UHD TV with full DStv bouquet service.
The complex is on a hill overlooking the mouth of the Mtwalume River where it flows into the Indian Ocean.
You can enjoy the views from the large wooden deck surrounding the home or take a stroll to the beach.
