The Lagoon Escape Beach Villa is set on an incredible property positioned right on the edge of the beautiful blue waters of the Langebaan Lagoon. The villa is perched on the top of the property allowing for magnificent views of the lagoon, and a lovely staircase that leads down to a little private lagoon beach.
This exclusive property offers comfortable furnishings and idyllic surroundings. The villa is well equipped with all self-catering amenities, and is perfect for a weekend family or friend getaway in either the summer or winter months.
The villa can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 adults and 4 children and comprises 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first and second bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed and a shower en suite. The third and fourth bedrooms each contain a bunk bed ideal for kids. These 2 rooms share a full bathroom with a bath and a shower. The fifth bedroom is an external room, attached to the house but with its own entrance, and contains a queen-size bed and a shower en suite.
The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and is equipped with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble-dryer. The lounge offers comfortable couches, a flat-screen TV with a selection of DStv channels, and a fireplace. Wi-Fi is available. Board games are provided. The dining area contains a 12-seater dining table and chairs. The living area has stacker doors that open to enjoy the light and sea air.
Off the living area is a patio with outdoor dining furniture. A wood braai and a kettle braai are available. The house has an enclosed garden. Off street and private parking is available.
