Description
Lagoon Lodge is a spacious triple-storey house offering self-catering accommodation in the coastal town of Langebaan, Western Cape. The house is in close proximity to the beach and has a private backyard and swimming pool, perfect for family vacations.
The house is ideal for 8 adults and 4 children and comprises 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total. The main en-suite bedroom situated on the top floor is furnished with a queen-size bed with a bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The second en-suite bedroom, situated on the first floor, is furnished with a queen-size bed and has a bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The third and fourth rooms both contain queen-size beds, with the remaining bedroom furnished with 2 bunk beds, ideal for children. The remaining bathroom, situated on the ground floor, is fitted with a washbasin, toilet, and shower. All rooms have heaters.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove and hob, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. There is also a washing machine and dishwasher available in the kitchen area. The kitchen flows into the lounge area which has ample seating in front of a flat-screen TV with a full selection of DStv channels, as well as a Netflix subscription, perfect for relaxation. Wi-Fi is also available in the house. From the lounge area, through the sliding doors, you will find an undercover entertainment room with a dining table with ample seating next to a built-in braai. The room also has a double fridge and leads out onto the balcony with beautiful views. The house has a bar area which has seating for 4 guests and comes equipped with glasses. On the ground floor, you will also find an enclosed private courtyard with a swimming pool and a pair of deck chairs. There is also an undercover area with ample seating around a large table where good food and good company can be enjoyed, or where you can sit and watch the kids swim and play. There is also an outside braai. The house also has an inverter, to help ensure your vacation is not affected by power outages.
Guests have access to their separate entrances and there is secure parking available. Guests are also in close proximity to the beach, the local shops, and restaurants. There is also a small, secluded beach right in front of the house.
