Description

Laguna La Crete 01 is a self-catering flat located in a secure complex, situated in Beacon Rocks, Uvongo. The complex is within close proximity to the Uvongo swimming beach, and other attractions in the area.

This ground-floor apartment can accommodate 4 adults and 4 children, and consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and features an en-suite bath; the second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, and the third bedroom has 2 bunk beds for 4 children. These 2 rooms share the second bathroom. The open-plan kitchen contains a fridge, a microwave, an oven with a stove, as well as a dishwasher.

The adjacent lounge has a TV with DStv connection so guests can bring their own DStv decoder and a smart card; Explora decoders are not compatible though. The lounge opens onto a balcony, which has patio furniture. The complex also boasts a communal swimming pool, braai facilities, a clubhouse, a tennis court, and secure undercover parking for cars.

In addition, the complex is within 6 km from the Hibiscus Mall, Margate Main Beach, Shelly Centre, restaurants, and a scenic drive from other facilities in this part of the South Coast.
