Thank you for your feedback. Kindly note, prior to your stay you were informed regarding the rules of the resort which clearly outlined the quiet times. You had brought in a boom box and had been playing music above the reasonable limits into the early parts of the morning causing a disturbance to others. The security had to come out on numerous occasions to caution you including a call out at 1am. With regards to the TV not working, our agent had come out immediately and attended to the problem upon your request. She had also personally informed you when she came out to attend to the TV, regarding the implications should you continue being rowdy. It would be appreciated if you provided an honest review.
