Description
Laguna La Crete 90, sister-property of the very popular Laguna la Crete 74, is a modern self-catering apartment with FREE WIFI/DSTV. It is located in Uvongo, with magnificent views across the beautiful Uvongo gorge, lagoon and beach. The unit is cleaned daily except for Sundays and public holidays, ensuring guests can focus on having fun - and not washing dishes and making beds.
The apartment can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, a toilet, and a washbasin. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed. The third bedroom contains a tri-bunk bed and a single bed, as well as a 2nd TV with DVD+DSTV for the kids. The main bathroom is fitted with a bath and a shower, a toilet, and a washbasin. Both the master and 2nd bedrooms have a safe in the wardrobe.
All bedrooms and the lounge are fitted with ceiling fans, in addition, there are mobile fans as well as a mobile aircon unit to keep you cool.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge-freezer+bar fridge, ice maker+cooler box, microwave, and all cutlery and crockery. The unit offers a washing machine/tumble dryer combo, as well as an iron+ironing board.
The lounge has a comfy corner lounge suite, bean bags for the kids, and a 49" LCD TV with full DSTV Premium.
The spacious balcony, accessible from either the lounge or main bedroom, features an 8-seater picnic table, a gas BBQ, a patio lounge suite and a set of two sun loungers. Breathtaking sunrises are guaranteed.
The unit includes secure covered parking for 1 vehicle; additional uncovered and separate trailer parking is also available. All linen and 2 sets of towels are provided per guest (beach/bath). This is a strictly non-smoking apartment and smoking is only permitted on the balcony. Please note that Laguna La Crete has a strict "No Pet" policy.
The complex offers direct access to the beach and lagoon, and has excellent security, with an access-controlled boom gate and 24/7 security presence and patrolling. There are 7 communal BBQ areas as well as a tennis court and a swimming pool, while coin-operated laundry facilities are also provided in the complex. Guests have easy access to shopping centers, restaurants and cinemas, with the Shelly Center less than 5km to the north and Margate 3km to the south.
The Wild Coast Sun is only 30km away.
