Reception unprofessional and unfriendly.

Reception was at an armed response security firm with locked doors. I was charged for a cleaning service that was never delivered.

Dear Mike,
Sorry to hear that you did not have a good stay. We leave our keys at a security companies office, as this is the safest for client, especially those arriving at all hours of the morning. The cleaning fee which you were charged, was not for a daily service, but for cleaning the unit and linen after you departed.
