Lake St Lucia villas are very neat and clean and well located. The service was indeed poor as someone working at Ocean Basket received us after I had to call (no bell or entrance with Reception). The person escorted us to our unit, but gave no further information about check-out, payment, parking in a garage etc. not. Later our parking space was taken, so we had to go to Ocean Basket again to ask where to park. (Very poor!) And when we had to check out we heard for the first time that we had to be out by 09:00 and where we could pay.
