Description
Lalapanzi Cottage is a self-contained cottage for 8 people in Keurboomstrand, and is just 200 m from the beach.
The cottage comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a lounge that opens onto a patio. The main bedroom contains a double bed, and the other 3 bedrooms each contain 2 single beds. The rooms share the use of the 2 bathrooms that are fitted with showers, and guests please need to bring their own beach towels.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. A dishwasher, a washing machine, and a tumble-dryer are also available for guests to use.
Guests can relax in the lounge which is equipped with a TV with selected DStv channels, and free, limited Wi-Fi is available. The living area opens onto the patio which offers a partial sea view and braai facilities.
Parking for 2 vehicles is available - one directly next to the house and one at the bottom by the entrance to the stairs that lead to the upper level. Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated, and smoking is not allowed in the cottage.
Keurboomstrand offers beautiful beaches to relax on, fishing or swimming, and guests can go hiking and walking or explore the Keurbooms River Nature Reserve.
The Wi-Fi connection is via the internet only and there is no fibre connection. Although Wi-Fi is free, the reception in Keurboomstrand is not always great.
A UPS keeps the Wi-Fi working during load shedding. There is also a 2-plate gas stove and lamps that work during load shedding.
