Lala's Guesthouse

The service was really bad. I didn't enjoy the place at all.

To start with the place looked untidy as we entered the gate. Then they were not welcoming and not even aware that we booked. Even after showing them proof of payment they didn't show any interest. Inside the rooms there was just one glass when we specified that we were two. I had to go ask for a glass to be told they don't have them. There were no towels, I had to go and ask for them and I was told to go fetch them on the washing line. Your showers are too small, the bath was not working and I couldn't have a cup of coffee in the morning as there was nothing. Again they didn't give us our change, all in the name of they don't have one. You people don't have customer service I am really disappointed. I travel a lot with my spouse and this was the worst.

The best I ever had.

I would like to say, what a lovely stay. Lala was such an amazing host as well as her sister. Lala owns the place but yet she was on top of everything. Thank you Lala for making a girls trip an amazing experience. I will do this again.

Geensins soos geadverteer.

Ek het 3 kamers bespreek vir ons en 2 ander gesinne vir oornagplek na 'n funksie. Volgens die webtuiste was daar 3 slaapkamers met slaapplek vir 3 persone per kamer, ek het toe gevra of daar moontlik 'n ekstra matras in 2 van die kamers gesit kan word vir 1 ekstra kind per kamer. Groot was ons ontnugtering om in elke kamer slegs 'n dubbelbed te vind en in elk van die twee ander kamers 'n dubbelopblaasmatras. Die toilet in die een kamer was foutief, die is gelukkig herstel voor ons teruggekom het van ons funksie. Dakwaaiers in 2 van die kamers was stukkend, die een badkamerdeur kon glad nie toe nie (handvatsel verkeerd om opgesit), die is slegs met 'n skouerophaal afgemaak toe dit gerapporteer is. Die storte lyk geensins soos geadverteer. Beste van als? Ons vriende moes (wat ons vermoed) in die opsigter se privaat kamer slaap! Kaste in slaapkamer en badkamer was vol klere en toiletware.
