Description
Laparetreat is a self-catering, holiday home that is situated in Marloth Park. The house is ideal for a family looking for a comfortable bush breakaway.
The house comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps 6 guests, children from the age of 6 and older included. There are 2 bedrooms that are furnished each with a double bed. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds. The first bathroom is fitted with a shower and the second bathroom is fitted with a bath. All linen and bath towels are provided. Guests need to bring their own swimming towels.
The living area is open-plan and the kitchen contains a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a gas stove, an oven and crockery, and cutlery. The lounge has comfortable seating and a TV with selected DStv channels. The house features air-conditioning and fans. The air-conditioning is at an extra cost. There is an inverter for some relief during load shedding.
The outside area offers a lapa with outdoor seating, a boma with braai facilities and a splash pool. Undercover parking is provided. Laparetreat also has an inverter in the case of load shedding.
While the park has little in terms of infrastructure, guests will be able to find the basics, including a variety of restaurants, two shops, a petrol station, hardware store, and bottle store. Marloth Park boasts 4 of the Big 5, with the exception of the elephant. However, elephants can often be seen splashing about in the Crocodile River that divides Marloth Park from the Kruger National Park.
