The duplex comprises 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom fitted with a bath and shower, a separate guest toilet, and a lounge area. The master bedroom leads out on to an outdoor balcony with breathtaking sea views, while the second bedroom consists of a tri-bed, double bed beneath, with single bed above it.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven and a stove, a fridge, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Air-conditioning is provided in both bedrooms and guests have access to an Explora DStv and Weber braai facilities. The unit also feature a covered outdoor patio with sea views.

The complex is accessed by remote control and secure parking is available in a lock-up garage, as well as a covered car port, in front of the unit.

The city of Durban is located 35 km away and King Shaka International Airport is located a 45-minute drive away. Winklespruit lies between Warner Beach and Illovo on KwaZulu-Natal's South Coast, with sub-tropical vegetation and home to a sandy beach that stretches for miles. The coastal town of Amanzimtoti is 7-minutes away, offering a variety of activities such as swimming, surfing, fishing, and golf.
