We are a family-oriented establishment, partying and drunken behaviour is not tolerated - if you wish to party, please do not proceed with this booking.
Laudin's view is self-catering. You need to provide all consumables including toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, etc, your own food, toiletries, and swimming towels
The apartment is cleaned every four days.
If you wish the apartment to be cleaned more regularly this can be arranged at a nominal fee
Guests and their visitors enter and use these premises at their own risk. The owner or any of the employees or residents are not liable for loss or damage to guest’s or visitors’ property, nor for injury or death of any guests or visitors, whether or not such loss, damage, injury or death is as a result of the negligence of the owners
1. A non-returnable 50% deposit confirms the booking
2. The balance should be paid by EFT 5 days before arrival or as cash on arrival
3. On arrival please pay a R500 breakage / mess / noise deposit as cash
4. There are no refunds for example arriving late, leaving early, no shows or people dropping out

Description
The cabin comprises 1 bedroom, a bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area, leading out onto a lovely wooden deck where guests can relax and enjoy their breakfast. The bedroom contains a king-size bed and built-in cupboards with a dresser. The bathroom has a shower. The open-plan kitchen with granite counter tops, opens up onto the lounge which is equipped with 2 single sleeper couches and an Openview TV. Guests are welcome to bring their own DStv decoder and smart card. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven and stove, and a microwave.
