Description
This very large open-plan studio flat, with a large patio leading onto 2 ancient oak trees, is furnished with a queen-size bed and a bathroom fitted with a shower. An additional mattress can be arranged. This unit contains a kitchen with a fridge, a stove, and an oven, a fireplace inside and outside braai facilities for guests to use. The garden area is fully fenced and guests are welcome to bring their dog by prior arrangement.

Pets are not allowed on any furniture if this is unpreventable, please use the provided cloth to cover the furniture in advance.

Description
This charming farm cottage is located near the river, with views of the farm and mountains. The unit sleeps 4 persons in 2 bedrooms; the main bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the second room has twin beds which can be converted into a king-size bed. There is 1 shared bathroom with a shower. Each room opens onto a patio and a lovely large garden. An additional 1 or 2 mattresses can be added on the floor for 1 or 2 children. The unit has a lounge with a fireplace, a kitchenette that contains a fridge and a stove, and a lovely protected courtyard with braai facilities. Pets can be accommodated upon request. The cottage is about 80 metres from the river.
