Lavender @ C is the ideal self-catering getaway place in a picturesque hamlet on Jacobs Bay, on the West Coast, walking distance from the sea.
The unit comprises 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and an entertainment area with a built-in braai. The bedroom features a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet. All linen and bath towels are provided.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery.
The lounge and dining area is open plan and contains a dining table with chairs and has a TV with selected DSTV channels as well as a built-in braai.
It has its own private entrance and access to a courtyard with a swimming pool. The swimming pool is for the private use of guests.
Jacobs Bay is situated between Saldanha and Paternoster and only 20 km from Langebaan and is well known for its traditional West Coast building style of white cottages as well as its abundant fish and crayfish. It is ideal for hiking, cycling, fishing, kayaking and bird watching.
The natural fynbos surrounding Jacobs Bay supports a variety of wildlife. Dolphins can often be spotted along the coast, as can Southern right whales between June and November. In Springtime the property and entire town becomes a landscape bathed in flowers.
