House Rules
- The apartment has rechargeable lights for loadshedding.
- Final rental amount is to be paid to the property management company no later than 30 days/1 month before arrival, together with additional fees of R 1000 management fee and R 2000 refundable breakages deposit. For international guests only, the breakage deposit to be paid in cash on arrival, if local residents need to be prepaid via EFT.
- R 200 in cash upon check-in for late check-in fee if arriving after 18h00.
- A maximum of 5 people sharing 2 bedrooms are allowed to sleep over. Please do not exceed this number on any given night. Please bring your own baby camp cot and high chair with you.
- Do take care of small children at this house as there are no safety barriers on the stairs or railings. This apartment is on the 2nd storey/upper level of the complex.
- Linen, bath and beach/swimming towels are provided – please do not use bath towels as beach/swimming towels.
- No pets are allowed on the property.
- No smoking indoors, please discard of cigarettes in astray provided and not on the patio, gardens or down toilets.
- Unruly and/or noisy behaviour will result in an eviction, with no refund. No parties or events are permitted at the property. Please respect the property and your neighbours, thank you! No loud music or noise after 22h00, please.
- A cleaning surcharge will be charged should the tenants not leave the property in reasonable condition for occupation or if check-out happens later than the specified time.
- Housekeeping service is not included - it is optional extra. Please advise us well in advance if you require this service as it is outsourced and subject to availability at time of enquiry.
- This accommodation is fully self-catering. Kindly provide your personal consumables.
