Le Bac

Le Bac is under new management and their communication and services is terrible.

New management don't have a liquor license, their management style leaves much to be desired, and all amenities need a fresh coat of paint, and a plumber!

Unfortunately very disappointed with the facilities.

My mother and I were attending a wedding at Kronenberg so the location was close proximity. But the facilities were really poor. The bathroom was dirty. Mould and a strange smell in the shower. No hot water. Despite two attempts at different times to use the shower. No hand towel in the bathroom. No shampoo or commodities provided in the bathroom besides the hand soap at the basin. Tap in the basin and shower were both dirty and had limescale. One dead lavender plant pot suspended form the ceiling. Walkway to room was broken and potentially a risk for elderly people such as my mother who has to walk cautiously to prevent tripping. Windows were dirty. Only positive thing I can say is the bedlinen was clean and the single bed was comfortable. The reception area was dark and very unwelcoming. Although signs said free WiFi was available, there was no indication of login details in the room and no one was at reception when I went to get the details.

Glad nie lekker nie, nooit weer nie!

Kamers was vuil. Storte se dreine was geblok. Slegs 1 AC remote vir 9 kamers. Eerste aand en oggend geen warm water nie. Die ontvangsdame is onopgevoed vir die pos. Telke male die GM geskakel, maar glad nie eers moeite gedoen om terug te skakel nie. Verseker nooit weer hier oorbly nie!

Nie aangenaam.

Hek het nie gewerk nie. Stort koud en dan warm. Aircon werk nie. Gate in die vloer op kamer toe. Swembad het bruin skuim wat op die water dryf. Daar is nie vir ons gesê van WIFI.

Nie weergawe van wat op web is nie.

Baie teleurstellend om die minste te sê, stort is nie skoon nie, geen yskas, geen TV, moes vra dat foutiewe rookalarm verwyder word, swembad onbruikbaar vuil, moes vra vir handdoeke en Wifi toegang. Sal beslis nie aanbeveel of weer gebruik nie.

Geyser system and TV let the establishment down.

Geyser system a frustration and complicated - had to wait for ages for hot water, first slowly opening tap a little and waiting for hot water then when water eventually got hot, hot water cut out in middle of shower. Last thing I wanted to do after a long day and detracted from the quality time I planned to spend with my wife. Also - couldn't get TV to work and did not have access to WiFi.

LeBac was nie gereed vir ons nie.

Geen TV. Baie swak WiFi. Stort drein geblok, vloer onder water. Die fyner detail ontbreek.
