Situated in Wavecrest, Jeffreys Bay, Leadwood 100 is a spacious self-catering holiday home with lovely views of the ocean, gorge and mountains. This is an ideal option for a family getaway or a group of friends as it is situated only 800 m from the beach.
This double-storey property can accommodate a total of 8 guests at a time and comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom contains 2 three-quarter beds. The guest bathroom bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. The fourth bedroom has a separate outdoor entrance and also features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin and a toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The living area occupies the top level and features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, ice machine, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. For guests’ convenience, a washing machine and a tumble dryer are also available. Leading from the kitchen is an 8-seater dining table and a lounge with comfy seating and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Free Wi-Fi is available. Additionally, there is an enclosed patio with another dining table and a lounging area.
The main living area opens up onto the upstairs balcony which is covered and includes a built-in braai and is an ideal spot for a sundowner while admiring the ocean views.
