Leafy Retreat is a modern one-bedroom apartment in Kenridge, a quiet, safe and tree-lined neighbourhood in Durbanville. The apartment is conveniently located close to the Tyger Valley Mall, US Business School, Durbanville central and Durbanville Wine Route.

This first-floor apartment can accommodate 3 guests and consists of a bedroom, a bathroom, a lounge and a kitchen. The spacious bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed as well as a single bed. A walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet are available in the bathroom.

The main living area has an open-plan kitchen that is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities.
