Description
The Lower House comprises 4 bedrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area that opens to a patio and braai area. The first and second bedrooms each contain a double bed and an en suite. The third bedroom contains a king-size bed and an additional single bed. The fourth bedroom contains twin single beds. There is an additional full bathroom in the hallway. Two of the rooms have sea views, and sliding doors opening to the patio. All of the rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The comfortable living area contains a 40-inch flat-screen TV with DStv. The living area opens to a patio with braai facilities, outdoor dining furniture, beautiful views, and direct access to the beach.

The two sections can either be rented out separately or the entire house can be rented out for groups of up to 22 people.

The third bedroom contains a king-size bed and an additional single bed. The fourth bedroom contains a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath. The fifth and sixth bedrooms each contain twin single beds and a shower en suite. There is an additional bathroom in the hallway that contains a bath, a sink and a toilet. 3 of the rooms have sea views and sliding doors opening onto the balcony. All of the rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes 2 ovens, a microwave, 2 fridge-freezers, cutlery and crockery. The living area features a large dining table, a ceiling fan, and a 40-inch flat-screen TV with DStv. The living area opens to a balcony with patio furniture and 2 built-in braais.
