The second and third bedroom share an en-suite bathroom with a shower, of which 1 room has a double bed and the other a tri-bunk. There is a small open-plan kitchen, TV room with full DStv and air-conditioning.

The house comprises 3 bedrooms of which the main bedroom has a queen-size bed and a full en-suite bathroom and a small deck. The other 2 bedrooms both have 2 single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed and the rooms share a bathroom with a bath. There is an open-plan kitchen with a scullery and includes a stove and dishwasher, dining room and TV room with full DStv and a patio with a deck.

Both the house and flat have a private braai area and share the swimming pool. Kuier is walking distance from all amenities and a short stroll from the beach.
