It was a pleasant stay. Was great to have access to a breakfast room 24/7. For tea and coffee.

We found when we arrived the one cottage room damp and my daughter's chest struggled. She was moved to an inside room immediately. And our room was fitted with a damp-proof machine. We appreciated the prompt response to our problem.

Our stay was wonderful and very quiet. Preferably for couples, we just want alone time together not preferred for youngsters who just out to have fun.

Our stay was okay, the pool area was clean and other facilities. I recommend that the venue should have black bins so that tenants can be able to put in their litter and not just need to wait for the cleaning ladies in the morning while doing cleaning rounds. Think there should install working phones, so tenants can be able to contact staff and working remotes to be able to use the TV. In my room the light in the restroom was not working, so at night we used torch lights on our phones for light. Overall the venue is beautiful!
