We stayed for four days. The rooms were very clean and neat. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help wherever they could. Tannie was very knowledgeable about the area, always suggesting something interesting to do for the next day. The breakfast was really good every morning. There is absolutely nothing I can complain about. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you to Pieter, Tessa, Lee, Jacques and the ladies who kept our room clean and served us at breakfast.

We were very happy here.

We were very happy here with 4 adults and a 6 year old child. The manager looked after us very warmly. Service, the rooms and the breakfast are very good. The rooms with the common terraces were the best for us. On the last evening we saw the hippos running through the city.

Well done Esmerie. You and your staff went out of your way to make our stay wonderful.

Esmerie and staff were kind, helpful and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble. It was late in the night when sitting on the patio that I saw a hippo munching away right on the verge! That was a bonus - they really do come. Enjoyed every minute of our stay, Thank you to all.

Please note that Leopard Corner Lodge was taken over by new owners in 2021. We are very proud to say that we are currently rated as the top Guesthouse on Tripadvisor since February last year. The splash pool is a thing of the past, as we have replaced it with a much bigger and modern pool. Our breakfast is now of the highest quality, (it is however, the most important meal of the day) We are also proud to say that we installed solar and a silent generator and all of the rooms were renovated and modernized. I dont even think you will recognize the Lodge now. If you are in the area again, please pop in for a coffee so I can show you around. Hope I will get the opportunity to meet you!
