- Regrettably, no children under the age of 12 are allowed.
- Children aged between 12 and 18 pay 100% of the sharing rate.
- The lodge offers game drives and guided walks with an experienced guide at an additional cost.
- Guests are asked to pay the balance of the booking in the establishment's bank account at least 3 days before the check-in date. There are no card facilities on site and the keys won't be handed over without proof of payment of the balance.
- Please note that there is a gravel road leading to the establishment. Guests are required to enquire about the condition of the road, before arrival, as it could be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
