Libertas Farmhouse offers self-catering accommodation on a working dairy farm in the idyllic lakes area in the heart of the Garden Route. The farmhouse offers an ideal getaway for large families or a group of friends wishing to escape to the countryside. The natural beauty of the area, as well as the many tourist attractions will ensure a memorable stay.

The farmhouse is a 150-year-old farmstead with original yellowwood beams. It is booked out as a whole ensuring privacy for guests.

The house comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first and second bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a large open-plan loft area with 4 single beds ideal for children. The loft is also equipped with bean bags, a loose carpet play area, games, puzzles, and a TV with a DVD player. There are 2 bathrooms, as well as an outside shower. Both bath and shower facilities are available.

There is a spacious lounge with a fireplace, and a well-equipped kitchen and open-plan dining area. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, oven and stove, and microwave. There are braai facilities on the verandah for guests to make use of.

Guests have access to Wi-Fi for an additional fee. All linen is 100% percale cotton and bath towels are provided. Fresh farm milk and firewood is also supplied.

Facilities include a jungle gym, playground apparatus, swings hanging from the old Blue Gum trees next to the farmhouse, and a huge open space around the house allowing children to enjoy the fresh farm air and introduce themselves to the local calves and cows. There is a volleyball net, cricket bats, soccer balls and beach bats to have some outdoor fun on the lawn.
